This stage includes processes such as determining the services, establishing contract terms and signing the contract. The mobile healthcare agreement clarifies how the health examinations and periodic health checks of the personnel to be recruited will be carried out and which tests will be performed.
Determining the Audit Date
Once the agreement is finalized, we collaborate with the company officials who will manage the recruitment process to determine when the staff will be vetted. This stage involves a planning process based on both the operation of the company and taking into account the available time of the staff. Once the dates of the examinations are set, we start organizing our mobile healthcare service.
Preparing our Mobile Health Vehicles
As we get closer to the date of the examinations, we prepare our mobile health vehicles. These vehicles are equipped with all necessary medical equipment and supported by specialized medical staff. Our mobile medical vehicles ensure that examinations are carried out safely and efficiently.
We Conduct Personnel Audits
On the appointed date, staff members arrive at our mobile health vehicles for their induction examinations and periodic health checks. At this stage, various tests are performed to assess the health status of the personnel. Tests such as hemogram, chest radiography, SFT (pulmonary function test), hearing test are used to determine the health status of the personnel.
We Organize and Deliver Test Results
After the tests are completed, we organize the data obtained. This process may vary depending on the type of tests performed. Once the results have been extracted, we deliver the results of the tests to the relevant company doctor. This provides an important feedback mechanism regarding the company's healthcare services.
We upload the results to the e-Nabız App
Finally, we upload the results of staff examinations to e-Pulse, a digital platform. e-Pulse is a platform for securely storing and accessing health data, making it easy for staff to keep track of their health status.
