An employment health report is a report in which the employee's general health status is assessed before starting work and it is determined whether the employee is fit for work. This report enables the employer to know the health status of the employee and protect them from potential health risks at the workplace.

The health report for employment can usually be obtained from health institutions located at workplace physicians or Joint Health and Safety Unit (JHSU) centers. In some cases, it can also be obtained from private health institutions or hospitals.

  • Rapid response Emergencies require a quick response because they are unexpected and sudden events. An Emergency Action Plan guides employees on what to do and enables everyone in the workplace to quickly assess the situation.
  • Safety The safety of employees during emergencies is a top priority. The Emergency Action Plan ensures their safety by helping employees familiarize themselves with evacuation routes, assembly points and emergency equipment.
  • Business continuity: The Emergency Action Plan is an important tool to ensure business continuity. The plan includes measures to minimize the effects of emergencies and ensure that business processes resume as soon as possible.

In our laboratory, we perform chest radiography, hearing test, eye test, pulmonary function test, complete urine test, ECG, hemogram, biochemistry tests and coagulation tests. These tests are carried out to assess the general health status of the employee and to determine whether there are any health problems before starting work. The tests may vary depending on the nature of the employee's work and the risk analysis of the workplace.

A chest X-ray can be defined as an X-ray of the chest area. This test is used to detect possible infections, tumors and other abnormalities in the lungs.

A hearing test is a test that measures the level of a person's hearing ability. It is used to detect hearing loss, determine its degree and investigate possible causes.

An eye test involves a series of examinations and tests to assess a person's eye health and vision. These tests are important for early diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases.

Pulmonary function testing is a series of tests used to assess a person's ability to breathe. These tests measure the health of the airways, airflow and lung capacity. It is used for the diagnosis and monitoring of asthma, COPD and other respiratory diseases.

A complete urine test is a test that assesses the health of the kidneys and other organs by measuring the levels of various substances found in urine. This test can help detect infection, kidney disease and other health problems.

An ECG or electrocardiogram is a test that measures the electrical activity of the heart. This test is used to determine whether the heart rhythm is normal and to detect signs of a heart attack or other heart diseases.

A hemogram is a type of blood test that measures the numbers and ratios of the various components of blood (red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets). This test is used to assess general health, to help diagnose various diseases and to follow the course of an illness.

Biochemistry tests are a series of laboratory tests that measure the chemical components of the blood. These tests are used to assess the function of the liver, kidneys, pancreas and other organs, as well as to measure electrolyte balance, blood sugar levels and other important parameters.

Coagulation tests are a series of tests that assess the ability of blood to clot. These tests are used to detect bleeding disorders, risk of thrombosis and other coagulation problems.
