These measures are used to manage risks and hazards in the workplace as an important tool framing the rights and responsibilities of employers and employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Employers have certain duties and responsibilities under the Occupational Health and Safety Law and are primarily obliged to provide occupational health and safety services. These services include the identification, assessment and control of risks in the workplace; emergency measures; occupational health and safety training of employees; and information on these issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, employers are obliged to fulfill all requirements to protect the health and safety of their employees. They must take measures to eliminate workplace hazards, reduce risks and protect employees from potential harm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The law also imposes certain rights and responsibilities on employees. These rights and responsibilities include receiving training on occupational health and safety, implementing measures in the workplace, informing the employer and other employees, reporting dangerous situations and knowing emergency plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Law No. 6331 also sets out the supervision of occupational health and safety measures and the sanctions to be applied where these measures are inadequate. If employers neglect their obligations, various sanctions can be imposed, including administrative fines and imprisonment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This legislation includes the obligation for employers to provide information on occupational risks to their employees. Employers are required to provide regular training on work-related risks, methods of protection and emergency procedures. It is also important that employers provide all equipment and personal protective equipment necessary to protect the health and safety of workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Law No. 6331 on Occupational Health and Safety is supported by a series of regulations and circulars. These documents set out more specific requirements on occupational health and safety issues and provide specific rules and guidelines for various sectors and types of work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In conclusion, Law No. 6331 on Occupational Health and Safety and general labor legislation provide the basic framework for maintaining and promoting a healthy and safe environment in the workplace.
